The ideal candidate for this position will possess the skills to perform the following duties :

• Confirm all reservations for the following day.
• Maintain reservations on the grid to ensure on-time pickups. Change status for live trips.
• Schedule the grid for the next day and assign work to drivers and vehicles.
• Must be able to multitask and be quick at making decisions.
• Answer multiple calls from drivers and affiliates while maintaining on-time service and managing the grid.
• Check that all charges have been done before assigning trips.
• Highlight signing areas on reservation paperwork if printed out for signatures if the transactions require it.
• Print and file paperwork for chauffeurs.
• Draft end of shift report.
