Job Title : Executive Assistant
Location : Bergen County, NJ (On-site)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM
Salary Range : $60,000 – $90,000
About the Role
LHH is partnering with a client that is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal / external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Support event planning and logistics for meetings, conferences, and team activities.
Requirements :
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Experience supporting C-level executives.Familiarity with project management toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.High level of discretion and professionalism.Featured benefits
