WAGE :

Wage is based upon experience but will range between $23-25

SCHEDULE :

Scheduled hours will be between 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm Monday – Friday.

JOB SUMMARY :

The position will work closely with all aspects of operations, administration, and leadership to coordinate business processes and operational procedures and to improve communications between multiple divisions to ensure organizational effectiveness.

Duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, assisting daily with customer care coverage, and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as an Office Administrator or Project Manager would be an advantage. Successful Operations Coordinator should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. The Operations Coordinator should be able to assist in the smooth running of the operations and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Organize and schedule Operations appointments and meetings.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, reporting and forms as directed internally and externally.
  • Assist daily with Customer Care coverage and act as backup as needed.
  • Participate in daily Operations Huddles in an administrative support role.
  • Coordinate compliance of office policies and procedures with Human Resources.
  • Assist / organize Quality Assurance tickets.
  • Assist HR by providing information for PTO requests, disciplinary forms, accident reports, and incident reports.
  • Daily organization / compilation / distribution of ET timekeeping, shortages, and GPS reporting to operations.
  • Liaise with all departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :

  • Proven experience in a complimentary role such as an Office Administrator or Project Manager
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline processes and systems.
  • Spanish and English, bilingual ability preferred.
  • Must be able to handle fast pace and multitasking, able to pivot attention as needed.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Business minded regarding costs and efficiencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.
  • Ability to communicate in English required.
  • Spanish and English, bilingual ability preferred.
  • WORKING ENVIRONMENT :

    The work is performed in an office environment.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

    The work is primarily sedentary in nature but may require occasional walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds.     ADDITIONAL DETAILS :

    Direct Deposit Pay every other Friday. Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance and 401K with a company match available for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week. Paid Holidays after 90 days for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week. PTO accumulation for full time employees working 30+ hours per week.
