Opportunity

The Director, Corporate Communications & Franchise Strategy will be responsible for leading external-facing communication efforts across two key functions : corporate storytelling and investor relations

Reporting to the CEO, this role will serve as a strategic communicator — managing relationships with the investment community, media, and other key stakeholders while crafting compelling, consistent messaging aligned with our brand, financial performance, and long-term vision.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a confident communicator who thrives at the intersection of finance, storytelling, and brand strategy.

Responsibilities : Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Corporate Communications

• Lead corporate messaging across earned media, social platforms, web, and company announcements.
• Manage executive communications — including speeches, media interviews, talking points, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Collaborate with all teams to ensure brand voice and narrative are aligned across all platforms.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement campaigns, partnering closely with HR and leadership.

Salary Range : $146,000 - $185,000
