Biscuits & Bath, the only full-service dog care provider in Manhattan with 18 locations is hiring a dedicated Dog Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training services to our amazing clients and their pups.

What You’ll Do :

As a Dog Trainer, you’ll be responsible for delivering our full suite of training services across assigned locations—including group classes, private lessons, and train & play sessions. You’ll be hands-on with dogs and pet parents, working to improve behavior, build trust, and strengthen the human-canine bond.

Daily responsibilities include :

Leading group classes, private lessons, and Train & Play sessions with minimal supervision

Conducting new dog integrations, behavior evaluations, and walk assessments

Following up with clients about their dog’s progress and behavioral needs

Communicating clearly with internal staff to ensure consistent care and training

Coaching team members on dog behavior to maintain a safe and enriching environment

Recommending services based on each dog’s individual needs

Documenting client interactions and dog observations in our own computer system

Supporting off-site events as needed

Meeting average daily training session goals and maintaining a strong rebooking rate

What We’re Looking For :

Passion for dog behavior and training, with hands-on experience in group or private settings

Strong communication skills—able to build trust with both dogs and their people

Motivation to grow into a Senior Dog Trainer role

Organized, proactive, and reliable with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using software for documenting sessions and client communication

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and support events outside standard hours

Open to continuous learning through in-house resources and hands-on mentorship
