Day-to-Day Life at Custom :

As a valued member of our team, you'll :

  • Provide personalized care to our community of recovering patients, empowering them to regain independence.
  • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on strategies for ongoing care and improving daily life, including therapy, exercise, and treatments.
  • Coordinate and administer medical treatments to enhance patient well-being, with a focus on improving overall health.
  • Approach every duty with a deep sense of compassion and dedication.

    • What We Are Looking At :

  • Hold a Valid Physical Therapy License (required)
  • 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience
