Senior Technical Support Engineer

Job Description :

Saab Inc. is seeking a Field Service / Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and committed to solving customer issues. A positive attitude, desire to help others, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities will include :

• Travel up to 60%, including to austere locations such as aboard Naval ships or overseas, to perform required job functions.
• Provide hands-on technical support to customers, by phone and on-site, for multiple complex radar systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex radar systems, including electro-mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software.
• Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues or bugs to design and software engineering teams.
• Maintain direct and consistent communication with customers.
• Support other company functions as needed, including qualification / acceptance testing and training.
• Deliver training to customers on the operation and maintenance of Saab products.

Compensation Range : $90,000 - $112,500
