job_description.job_card.job_descriptionActive FL or compact RN license required at time of consideration, Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience, Must meet the 500-hour STEMI experience requirement, Current ACLS and BLS certifications required, Proficient with conscious sedation and telemetry monitoring, Experience with Cerner EMR required, COVID-19 vaccination required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted, Pending licenses not accepted, Provide direct nursing care in cardiac and interventional radiology procedures including STEMI response, First-time travelers with Cath Lab experience are welcome to apply, RTO (time off) requests must be coordinated with the manager upon arrival; not allowed within the contract itself, Local candidates accepted if residing within 75-100 miles, Royal blue scrubs required, Free parking is available onsite,
American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab RN with at least 2 years of cardiac cath experience, including STEMI call and conscious sedation skills, for a hospital contract in South Florida.
Job Details
- Work in a hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab and assist with Interventional Radiology cases,
- Average daily census is 10-12 patients,
- Shifts are 4x10 hours, days, typically 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM,
- On-call required, averaging 12 days per month,
- Weekend on-call necessary,
- No floating required outside of Cath Lab,
- Uses Cerner EMR as well as Xper, Philips Lab, and Siemens Lab equipment,
