The Creative Services team is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help manage our fast-growing pipelines. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, from initial submission to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate project submission and document ingestion with client, organizing and reviewing files to identify missing assets, and requesting additional materials as needed
• Oversee project hand-off to our 3D vendor partners, serving as liaison between vendor and client as needed
• Submit 3D product asset build requests, leveraging inventory and monitoring SLA completion
• Track and respond to client feedback, ensuring timely, comprehensive, and professional responses within SLA
• Identify any potential bottlenecks and respond proactively
• Monitor and track progress across projects to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality
• Conduct client trainings to get new builders acclimated with our internal builder portal
• Review project plans and submission checklist to determine project scope and document in pipeline report
