Tyndale is hiring a strategic, people-focused Human Resources Manager who builds strong, high-performing teams and fosters a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration. This HR Manager can both successfully blend hands-on leadership with strategic partnership and coach and develop HR staff while aligning people strategies to operational goals. Skilled in employee relations, compliance, and data-driven decision-making, they'll proactively drive team engagement, employee satisfaction and retention, and will assist in optimizing productivity across Tyndale locations. Strength in cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and talent development makes this manager influential in shaping Tyndale's culture, advancing our organizational effectiveness, and supporting long-term business and HR success.

HYBRID / REMOTE : Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires candidates to work 2 days a week onsite, and 3 days a week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Houston Distribution Center location in North Houston area and Corporate Office in City Centre for onsite work as needed.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Coordinators and HR Generalists supporting both all Tyndale locations and employees.
• Establish clear performance goals, metrics, and development plans for team members.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR team, ensuring consistent application of HR practices across both sites.

Work Environment / Physical Demands :

The person in this role works primarily in an office environment, primarily sitting at a work station, and occasionally travels back and forth between the Houston and PA locations. This position is eligible for remote work up to 3 days per week from a home office.
