The Opportunity

As a Sustainability - Capital Projects & Infrastructure Associate, you will engage in operations consulting to drive impactful solutions for clients. You will be involved in designing and implementing service delivery models, business process improvement, and project management frameworks to optimize performance and enhance client satisfaction. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, learn to manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

The salary range for this position is : $53,500 - $104,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
