A rapidly growing AI startup is seeking a Founding Implementation Specialist to take on a pivotal role in managing the entire post-sale journey for major enterprise clients within a complex, global industry. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to make significant contributions, transitioning new deals from contract signature to full operational integration.
The Role
You will spearhead project kickoffs, design tailored implementation strategies, integrate customer workflows into our platform, and configure automations ensuring that our solutions blend seamlessly into their daily operations. As the primary liaison for customers, product teams, and engineering, your goal will be to facilitate not just deployment, but genuine adoption of our platform.
You will actively monitor user engagement, conduct working sessions, pinpoint obstacles, and collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve challenges and enhance functionality. Once customer systems are stabilized, you will drive renewal and expansion efforts by uncovering additional use cases, scoping out new workflows, and collaborating with sales teams in commercial negotiations.
