We're looking for a Community Liaison Worker who is ready to roll up their sleeves and take actionsupporting our overdose prevention efforts, raising awareness about treatment options, and distributing life-saving Naloxone. This is your chance to be at the forefront of community health, driving change where it's needed most.

About the Role :

As a Community Liaison Worker , you'll play a vital role in implementing outreach strategies to engage individuals and communities affected by Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Youll help integrate harm reduction programs into our behavioral health services, train others in Naloxone use, and support access to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) through our HOPE / MAT Program.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with our Director of Social Services and Clinical Manager of Addiction Services to achieve program goals.
• Conduct in-house and off-site Naloxone training and distribute Naloxone kits.
• Support data collection, reporting, and quality assurance for grant-funded initiatives.
• Work closely with internal departments and community partners to promote treatment access and overdose prevention.
• Represent our health center at community events and develop meaningful outreach plans with our Marketing and Community Relations team.

Compensation details : 40000-40000 Yearly Salary
