Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9am-3 : 30pm (30 minute lunch)

$38 / hr-$41 / hr

Role Summary :

Make a lasting difference in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant with our team! In this role, you'll work under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist to support students with communication disorders by implementing treatment plans, providing direct therapy, preparing materials and documenting progress. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students find their voice and reach their full potential, while working in a supportive, school-based environment that values professional growth and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders based on student assessment.
• Collaborate with SLPs and district staff to provide therapy to students based on needs outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Participate in the development of student IEPs and implement as necessary to ensure students' needs are appropriately met.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support communication goals across classroom and home environments.
• Provide consultation, training, and resources to school staff and parents to promote speech and language development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and case management notes in compliance with school and state requirements.
