Our client a prominent AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney with experience in business litigation and / or medical malpractice to join its New Jersey office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a highly collaborative trial litigation team handling complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in New Jersey AND New York in good standing
- 24 years ofsubstantive litigation experience including business and / or medical malpractice matters
- Experience handling matters in federal and state courts
- Prior judicial clerkship strongly preferred
- Strong writing research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a team-oriented mindset and capacity to work independently when needed
- Strong work ethic intellectual curiosity and demonstrated commitment to client service
