Position : RN – Behavioral Health

Summary :

Denver Springs is seeking an RN to float across all four behavioral health units within a 96-bed acute stabilization facility. The RN provides safe, therapeutic care to adolescent and adult psychiatric patients, utilizing strong de-escalation skills and clinical judgment. Responsibilities include patient assessments, coordination of care, CIWA / COWS monitoring (preferred), documentation in HCS, and responding to unit needs across all patient populations.
