Candidates for the COO position at the company should be accomplished healthcare executives with a master's degree in a relevant field and at least twelve years of experience in healthcare administration, including a minimum of ten years in senior management roles. The role requires deep operational expertise, financial acumen, and a proven track record in overseeing operations within a large, complex healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical operations, financial management, and the integration of faculty practice into the mission of education, research, and patient care.
