We are looking for an energetic, detailed oriented, person that can join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and students at our West Palm Beach location.

This position is a full - time 32 - 40 hour position. This position does require you to stand, walk alongside the pool deck and area throughout the facility.Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays 8 hours from 8 : 00am - 2 : 30pmWork Schedule :
Monday - Wednesday 2 : 45pm - 8 : 15pm
Friday - 1 : 00pm - 6 : 00pm
Saturdays and Sundays - 8 : 00am - 2 : 30pm

Eager, frequent, and professional communication with clients in-person, on the phone, and through writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition, responsible for kiddos getting to correct classes on pool deckSharing friendly knowledge to guide purchases to increase enrollment, registration, and sale transactionsEducate and inform customers and potential customers on current or new services availableCreate and build a professional connection with customers and students to learn how to better assist themHave a growth mindset to build on skills and knowledge and provide suggestions / feedback to better improve processes and opportunities to attract customersCoordinate with Office Manager and Aquatics Lead to organize a safe flow of the front desk area to monitor entry and exit for customers for swim and gymnastics lessons.During idle times conduct facility walk throughs to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility at all times (checking the floors, bathrooms and changing rooms, and ensuring supplies are stocked)Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuitionCoordinating with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goalsAd Hoc Duties :
Cleaning the bathroom and changing room area.Cleaning the pool deck and gymnastics equipmentCleaning and organizing the front desk areaUsing the Emergency Action Plan to clean particles from the pools, floors, and the changing roomsThis position does require frequent standing, bending, and walking around the facilityEducation and Experience Requirements :
Some College Education2 years of customer service experience and / or salesSalary and Hours :
Full - Time (32 - 40 hours)Pay $14.50 per hourMember schools are independently owned and operated.
