Job Title : LPN Supervisor

Location : Absolut Care Aurora Park- East Aurora, NY 14052

Starting rate : $28 / hr to $30 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and Supervise : Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Direct Patient Care : Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well-being of residents.
• Collaborate : Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create a personalized care experience.
• Mentor and Train : Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
• Monitor and Document : Maintain accurate records of resident care, treatments, and progress using our advanced documentation systems.
• Problem-Solve : Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
