In this role, your responsibilities will include performing corrective maintenance to minimize downtime by diagnosing and troubleshooting arcade boards, wiring, and computer game software. You'll promptly address and resolve any game malfunctions and keep detailed records of your actions. Additionally, you'll handle scheduled preventative maintenance, including installing new parts, calibrating arcade game readers, and performing routine upkeep to ensure all games remain in like-new condition. Adhering to a maintenance schedule will be essential to completing these tasks on time.

You'll also be responsible for reporting and ordering arcade parts, running weekly and monthly payout percentage calibrations, and handling parts purchasing and receiving. Maintaining a clean and organized arcade will be part of your routine, as you'll ensure that games are properly filled, cleaned, and well-maintained for optimal performance. You will help organize spare parts and maintain an accurate inventory.

Safety is a priority, so you will be expected to adhere to safety regulations, maintain detailed logs, and comply with daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with other tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth facility operations.

The ideal candidate will have an arcade or mechanical background, though experience in arcade game maintenance is a plus. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required, as well as the ability to lift 50+ lbs. You must be flexible with your schedule, including working days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
