Senior Manager, Vendor Operations & Compliance

At Roblox we are looking for a strategic leader to take on the role of Senior Manager of Vendor Operations and Compliance. This leader will be responsible for developing implementing and managing the comprehensive vendor governance framework across the entire organization ensuring operational efficiency critical risk mitigation and adherence to all legal and corporate standards within a complex highly regulated global environment.

Reporting to the Director of Global Operations you will provide strategic oversight for all aspects of vendor operations and compliance. You will manage a high-performing team engage executive stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across the vendor lifecycle from due diligence to performance offboarding.

You Will :

• Define and execute the comprehensive vendor governance and compliance strategy across the organization.
• Lead the team and manage performance across all critical vendor operations processes and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for significant vendor compliance issues breaches or performance failures.
• Oversee new vendor integration ensuring robust due diligence contracting and compliance readiness.
• Align BPO operational performance capacity and staffing with necessary business demand and risk mitigation.
• Report on vendor risk posture and operational performance to senior leadership and the board.
• Drive initiatives for continuous operational excellence efficiency and vendor lifecycle maturity.
