Software Development Manager

Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure is looking for a motivated technology leader that can inspire teams to deliver and operate best in class healthcare solutions.

We're looking for a Manager of Engineering with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in distributed systems, virtualized infrastructure, and highly available services. You should be a systems generalist with a strong operational background and a proven ability to identify and prosecute opportunities that deliver customer success. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn. You will also have experience delivering and operating solutions within a Managed Services environment that manage critical client workloads. Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
