We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will assist attorneys in the real estate practice group with a variety of tasks related to commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Title and Survey review (demonstrated experience handling title / survey review objection letters responses to objection letters review of title endorsements);
• Drafting basic agreements (purchase agreements basic leases lease summaries etc.) and amendments;
• Draft and review closing documents;
• Draft closing letters;
• Calendaring of dates and sending reminders to clients and the attorneys at Buchalter;
• Organization keep the calendar and file organized;
• Lease review / summary of key legal issues
• Review of common diligence materials (property condition report zoning report)
• Related corporate matters (e.g. filing new entities / amending existing entities entity dissolution and formation).
