Responsibilities
The is responsible for providing administrative support for the Administration Department staff, including performing clerical duties, attending departmental and clinical meetings, coordinating medical staff activities, maintaining medical staff files and providing support relating to personnel matters as required.
Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is a brand-new behavioral health provider serving Scottsdale and the great Phoenix region. We opened in February 2 and now offer a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services. Qualifications
Minimum Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education : Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum Experience : At least three (3) years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health care setting.
Special Skills : Knowledge of administrative office procedures. Knowledge of Medical Staff Bylaws, JCAHO,
and Consulting Board of Directors Bylaws. Knowledge of facility and corporate policies and procedures.
Knowledge of procedures for credentialing medical staff and allied health professionals.
