The Opportunity

As an Estimator & Project Coordinator at Risher Martin, you'll play a mission-critical role in capturing, organizing, managing, and disseminating all project information required for Sales, Construction, and HomeCare to execute projects on time, on budget, and at a standard that creates Raving Fan Clients and Design Partners.

If you're passionate about supporting well-crafted residential homes through meticulous documentation, coordination, and organization, this role is designed for you.

• Bidding and Purchasing
• Construction Document Management
• Change Orders
• Project Financial Management
