This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.

Pay Range :

$55 – 75K

Summary :

• The Structural Revit Technician will work in a collaborative team environment.

Projects include a wide variety of new commercial buildings in the areas of healthcare, education, multi-family, hospitality, industrial, and office, as well as renovation projects and analysis of existing buildings.

Job Duties :

• Structural drafting and modeling for structural engineers.
• Developing renderings.
• Coordinating the production of construction documents.

Requirements :

• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit

Experience with structural modeling and drafting

Preferred :

• AS degree in CAD Drafting or related field
• Experience in Navisworks and BIM 360
