The Systems Administrator assists clients and the internal support team to resolve day-to-day issues that come up on servers and networking equipment such as Windows Servers, Exchange servers, Microsoft 365, Internet Services, Security Services and other equipment like firewalls, wireless Access Points, Routers switches. Work may be required to be performed on-site but the majority of the work is performed remotely. In addition to providing support for reported issues with the infrastructure, project work is also part of the responsibilities, new deployments of server, networking and security as well as Cloud services such as Microsoft 365 deployments or migrations.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required. A minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Systems Administrator is required.
