Hazen & Sawyer is seeking an entry-level structural engineer for our Tempe, AZ office. The position will include performing structural design and analysis of environmental structures such as low-rise industrial buildings, pump stations, process basins, treatment facilities, dams, and spillways. Work will be performed under the supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer, meeting experience requirements for the PE exam.

Responsibilities :
Computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Revit drafting / modeling, STAAD)Full structural design based on governing building codes and design standardsPerforming construction management tasks such as shop drawings reviews, responding to RFIs, and field inspectionsWriting technical reports and assist in the development of drawings and specifications for constructionCandidates must be effective communicators and successfully work in multi-discipline team environmentRequirements :
1-2 years of experienceBS or MS degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural focusCandidates must have or be in progress of obtaining EIT status via successful completion of the FE examFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and / or other softwareExperience or coursework in reinforced concrete, steel, and reinforced masonryWhat We Offer :
