Clinician

The lead clinician will direct a small team of clinicians in child welfare organization. Duties include : Maintaining accurate reports; maintaining on-call schedule for the support of children and staff; ensure quality assurance necessary for documentation compliance; provide counseling, crisis management, or evaluations if needed; provide opportunities for routine consultation and supervision for clinical staff; assist in discharge planning; maintain assigned reports in accordance with applicable policies and standards; ensure goal-oriented psychosocial diagnostic assessments, service plans, and progress reports are completed for the clinical department; ensure clinicians complete weekly group sessions; and communicate effectively in English and Spanish

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• 21 years old
• LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LPC-s or other equivalent licensure or Eligible to obtain licensure
• Masters degree in psychology, sociology, behavioral sciences
• 2 years clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences or social work
• Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
