Job Title : RN Critical Care (Days)

Location : Syracuse NY

Duration : 15 Weeks

Shift : Day Shift

Pay : $58 $68 per hour

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses for Adult Intensive Care Units. The ideal candidate excels in high-acuity environments demonstrates strong clinical judgment communicates effectively and can perform with minimal supervision while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

Active New York State RN license

Current BLS certification

Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the last 2 years) in a similar-sized facility

Prior EPIC EMR experience preferred

Level I or Level II trauma center experience strongly preferred

Travel RNs must have experience in facilities of similar or greater size or trauma designation

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive high-quality care to critically ill adult patients

Perform essential patient care skills with minimal orientation

Conduct thorough assessments in a fast-paced acute care setting

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
