About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Controller to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, with a particular emphasis on experience in Annuities, Reinsurance, and Investments. A background in a Big 4 firm is highly desirable for this role. The Vice President, Controller will be part of a visible management team that is scaling up the finance organization to support the hyper growth of the Annuities and PRT businesses. This position offers a close working relationship with the CFO and CEO, and the opportunity to be involved in a company that is on track for significant expansion, with a large asset manager backing its $250BB balance sheet. Applicants for the Vice President, Controller position should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in the specific areas of Annuities, Reinsurance, and Investments. A Big 4 background is preferred, and candidates with a current Senior Manager or VP level experience in a public or public / private setting will be well-suited for this role.
