As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Manage cash handling and financial reporting procedures
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
Proven leadership experience with a desire to guide and develop others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in retail or food service operations (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving team and individual targets
