Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, high-performing ER team. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical, time-sensitive care to patients of all ages while advancing your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, efficient nursing care to ER patients with conditions ranging from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.

Triage and assess patients to determine priority of care.

Develop and implement individualized care plans.

Collaborate with physicians, ancillary departments, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, follow-up care, and referrals.

Qualifications : Qualifications

Experience :

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience required

Education :

Licensure :

Certifications :

BLS – required prior to start

ACLS & PALS – required within 90 days of hire

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – required within 90 days
