Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, utilizing your expertise in cardiology to assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and possess excellent clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments of patients with cardiovascular concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Perform acute pain management procedures as needed for patients experiencing discomfort.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding heart health and preventive measures.
• Maintain a high standard of aseptic technique during procedures and examinations.
• The provider will learn and supervise nuclear stress testing, work directly with the cardiologists putting patients in exam rooms, calling out abnormal test results.
