What’s the job?
We’re hiring a goal-driven and customer-focused Commercial Lines Producer to join the growing sales team at Trucker Path Insurance (TPI). In this role, you'll work directly with truckers to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that support their business and livelihood. You’ll manage a mix of inbound and outbound leads, develop strong customer relationships, and help scale our sales operations as part of a dynamic and fast-moving team.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Commercial Lines Producer will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and building TPI’s reputation as a trusted partner for truck drivers across the country.
We’re looking for someone who is growth-oriented, thrives on clear and effective communication, embraces feedback with a coachable mindset, and brings a positive, resilient attitude to every challenge.
What’s the work location?
You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in downtown Charleston—a space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week—giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.
