LHH is seeking a BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR for a temporary / contract position in Houston, TX.

Position : BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR

Type : temporary / contract

Location : 100% ONSITE (77024 zip code)

Pay Range : $28-34 / hr DOE

Work Schedule : M-F, 8-5

DUTIES :

• Assist with open enrollment for internal employees
• Handle inbound calls regarding benefits options & health insurance plans
• Process FMLA, 401(k), and Workers Comp claims
• Resolve employee inquiries, make plan changes, and update employee information in the company’s system
• Complete, ensure accuracy, and process paperwork related to benefits plans / changes
• Coordinate retirement, pension, profit-sharing and stock ownership plans
• Research and analyze healthcare plans, including medical, dental, vision and disability insurance, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS :

Pay Details : $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
