Remodeling Project Manager

Nicholas Design Build is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and to lead high-end residential remodeling projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of large-scale remodels, overseeing schedules, budgets, trade partners, and quality assurance. You’ll work closely with our in-house designers, production team, and clients to turn bold visions into beautifully built spaces — on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage 2–4 complex remodels concurrently (kitchens, additions, whole homes, etc.)
• Own jobsite performance—schedule, scope, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure projects run efficiently with Buildertrend project management software
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during construction
• Maintain detailed documentation, punch lists, and change orders
