Strong background in componentdriven frontend engineering (Angular, Vue, React, or Svelte) and modern UX patterns. Fluency with SQL schema design and data modeling for transactional & analytical workloads. Demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs / AI agents to boost velocity and solve novel problems. Superior product reasoning skills Exceptional written & verbal communication ; able to align technical decisions with business outcomes. Proven track record of owning problems end to end Experience stabilizing and scaling large code bases Autonomy with accountability - small, missionfocused squads own features from concept to customer value. AIaccelerated development - Copilot, Cursor, and our own agentic tools are part of the standard toolkit. Continuous delivery mindset - we ship daily, sometimes multiple times a day. What you will do
- Design, build, and operate services and UIs used daily by shippers, carriers, and drivers.
- Embed AI / LLMs (Vertex AI, opensource models, agentic tools) to automate decisionmaking and supercharge developer productivity.
- Stabilize back end services.
- Own Problems end to end.
What you'll work with
Backend : Golang, Python, Postgres, Redis
