We are seeking ICC Certified Special Inspectors (B2 Commercial Building) to join our team in Centennial, CO. Since 1978, we've delivered comprehensive construction engineering management, consulting, inspections, and laboratory services across a wide range of industries. Compensation : $27-33 / hour Location : Centennial, CO FLSA Exemption : Non-Exempt Schedule : Hours may vary

What you'll be doing :

• Perform inspections in accordance with ICC B2 certification standards
• Interpret and apply project specifications, applicable codes, and engineer requirements
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Contractors, Engineers, and Technicians
• Read and interpret plans for relevant building elements
• Maintain detailed and accurate inspection reports and datasheets
• Perform concrete and soil density testing
• Climb ladders, scaffolding, and platforms (up to 100') as needed
• Sample and test construction materials such as grout, mortar, prisms, fireproofing, etc.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment per company policy
• Submit timecards and documentation daily
