PharmaLink, Inc. is a national leader in pharmaceutical reverse distribution. We support healthcare organizations with secure, compliant, and efficient pharmaceutical returns solutions. We are expanding our technology team and seeking a skilled Software Developer II to support mission-critical application development and integrations.
Position Summary :
The Software Developer II is responsible for the analysis, design, development, maintenance, and support of software applications. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and works closely with development team members, business analysts, and end-users to deliver efficient and scalable systems.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and test software applications using Microsoft .NET (VB.NET, ASP.NET)
- Build and maintain complex SQL queries
- Integrate web services and vendor APIs into internal systems
- Participate in technical architecture and system design discussions
- Maintain system documentation and assist in writing support / help files
- Review and validate team members' code contributions
- Perform bug fixes, ad hoc reports, and production support tasks
- Collaborate in Agile development cycles, including validations and required documentation
- Provide support for software, hardware, and peripheral systems
- Participate in the implementation and deployment of new features and applications
- Support process automation and improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development7+ years experience in VB.NET, ASP.NET7+ years experience in SQL (MS SQL preferred)Experience with web services and API integrationAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience working in Agile development environmentsFamiliarity with GxP principles is a plusExperience with ASP.NET Core or MVC is a bonusKnowledge of Prophet Legacy and New Generations system is a plusPreferred Education :
Master’s degree in Computer Science (preferred but not required)Physical Requirements :
