Bilingual HR Coordinator

gpac is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join a team and play a key role in supporting employees and leadership. This is a hands-on positionnot a management-level rolereporting directly to senior leadership and ownership. The right candidate will bring a strong HR foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and connection across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and coordinate daily HR functions including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance
• Assist with open enrollment and help employees understand benefit options and processes
• Serve as a resource for employees and leadership regarding HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting as needed
• Partner closely with ownership and the senior team to support company goals and culture
