Education & Experience :
Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with two (2) years of administrative support experience.
Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required : N / A
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Knowledge of finance, budgeting, and cost control procedures, Proficiency with personal computers and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and / or special events, verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of constituencies, and sound decision-making ability and attention to detail.

Requires frequent working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, frequent travelling to offsite locations, frequent work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, occasional climbing, occasional crouching / stooping, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, occasional pushing / pulling, frequent reaching, constant sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
