JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Functions :
- Daily operations of the accounting department.
- Filtering data
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balance accounts by reconciling entries.
- Process month and year end process, accounts payable / receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, check runs, debt activity.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Process high volume transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Yearly audits
Qualifications :
1-3 years of accounting experienceBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or in process is preferredAdvanced level in ExcelGood communication skillsResourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientedAbility to multi-taskBilingual (English & Spanish) is a plusMust be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
