We have been enlisted by one of our regional clients to recruit Emergency Department Nurses for their expanding team. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at a hospital near Chico. In this role, you will deliver outstanding care to patients experiencing medical and traumatic emergencies, collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care.

Summary

• Perform initial assessments, triage, and treatment of patients with medical and traumatic emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment
