We are seeking a highly creative, resourceful, and mission-driven Director of Brand Experience & Communications to lead the storytelling, brand presence, and aesthetic expression of our skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. This individual will shape not just what people see online — but how they feel about our organization in every touchpoint from digital platforms to the interior design of new facilities.
This role encompasses social media strategies, brand communications, community engagement, and design consultation for new and remodeled campuses. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure the brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of creativity, leadership, marketing savvy, and operational flexibility.
A successful candidate for the Brand Experience & Communications Director role should have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and possess a results-driven mentality. The ideal candidate must also be open to assisting with special projects, public representation, and facility design decisions, all while staying grounded in the needs of each campus’s residents, staff, community and culture. Must respond to emails / calls in a timely manner.
