THE WORK

This position will serve as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for the Clearwater Fl facility as well as manage the Classified Cyber Security operations at the Clearwater FL facility. As the ISSM the selected candidate is responsible for day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations and Clearwater Facility The ISSM will ensure IS's are operated and maintained in accordance with internal Lockheed Martin (LM) and customer security requirements under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. The ability to work independently as well as with their teammates is paramount for this position as it is an extremely dynamic environment. This person will ensure compliance with contract security specifications, customer governing requirements Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), and LM RMS security policies. Testing of state-of-the-art operating systems / networks, perform system / program auditing to validate configuration and processes are in accordance with the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation, and assist in regulatory periodic risk assessments, and ensure effective management of POA&Ms, Risk Assessments, Continuous Monitoring and Authorization Conditions.

Basic Qualifications :

• Prior ISSO / ISSM Experience
• Have an understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Have and maintain a DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification
• Experience implementing NIST SP 800-53 Security Controls
• Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
• Strong background with the implementation of DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) requirements
• Knowledgeable of operating system security requirements and STIG implementation
• Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools such as STIG Viewer, SCC Tool, and others

Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
