Deputy Program Manager

The Noblis mission is to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy, Installations and Environment and the Department of Defense Sustainable Technology Evaluation and Demonstration (STED) Program and their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, and transition to emerging resilient technologies across the Department of Defense. We are looking to hire a Deputy Program Manager to provide support to DoD STED Program. The Deputy Program Manager will manage the programmatic and technical aspects for the DoD STED Program. This candidate will have the opportunity to provide significant contributions to the quality execution of work and business success.

Responsibilities include :

• Program / contract management and oversight
• Leveraging established knowledge and relationships with military Combat Commands and Program Executive Offices
• Resource management and alignment
• Program and contract level profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting
• Application of company methodology, policies, and procedures to minimize risk
• Leading program reviews to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Contributing to efforts developing new business and expanding existing business
• Assisting in executing career development plans

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $139,800.00 - USD $218,475.00 / Yr.
