Our client is currently seeking a Mortgage Customer Relations Specialist to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This role is centered around providing exceptional customer service and support within the mortgage servicing space. The selected candidate will be responsible for answering both internal and external calls routed through the message center, promptly addressing customer inquiries and requests. A key part of the role involves evaluating various customer service solutions and selecting the most appropriate option based on individual needs and circumstances. Additional responsibilities include performing escrow analyses, processing payoff requests, and managing credit bureau disputes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements :

• Must have 2+ years of recent Call Center experience
• Must have 2+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience
• Must have experience working in MSP (Mortgage Servicing System)
• Must have Data Entry skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Benefits :

Compensation : $20.00-$25.00 / hour
