The Business Operations team serves as a strategic partner across departments, enabling operational excellence and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The team leads efforts in strategy development, process improvement, performance tracking, and project execution, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Business Operations team for a six-to-twelve-month internship (full time 40 hours / week). This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Director of Business Operations and support Project Managers leading strategic initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Business Operations with operational planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support Project Managers in tracking milestones, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and business cases.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
- Help document workflows and identify opportunities for automation or efficiency gains.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in a graduate program in Business, Management, or a related field.Minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scaleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Previous work experience in consulting preferredExcellent communication and organizational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Interest in business strategy, operations, and project management.What You'll Gain
