Senior IT Network Engineer

About the role :

In Samsaras Business Technology Core IT team we work to deliver awesome systems support and experiences that enable our teams to be as impactful as possible. As a member of the team youll be in charge of owning the technology and processes that enable our people to do their best work. We are responsible for identifying designing implementing and supporting the applications and networks to create a streamlined experience for Samsarians. As a Sr. IT Network Engineer on the team you will play a key role in maintaining optimizing and troubleshooting our global on-premise network infrastructure. You will ensure high availability and performance for a growing company while proactively contributing to the future direction of our network technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with operations team members to operate repair and improve existing network infrastructure including providing tier-3 support to other members of the Information Technology team.

This role is based at our San Francisco headquarters and requires on-site presence 3 to 5 days a week.
